Horrible experience.....we booked car service to airport with car seat for our 2 year old. He was 15 minutes late and showed up with the car seat uninstalled. No apologies or accountability. Saying he doesn’t have a kid and his insurance wouldn’t allow him to install. Ok well it’s against the law and unsafe to ride with child unsecured and like we have time to sit there and figure it out at 6:30am when we trying to make the airport.
