This is my second rental the with them and no problems!! Sony explained the terms and went over the car in detail . I highly recommend them.
We rented a car on July 28th. The hold of $500 on our credit card is still pending on todays date Aug 21st. No one disclosed that our deposit would be held for so long. Every other rental company I deal with, returns the deposit when the car is returned. *update* The hold this business placed on my card was for 30 days. Completely shameless response as I called the business after 1 week about the deposit return and he said it was a 2 week hold.
