I arrived at this building at 4:52 to find the doors closed and the lights off. I understand this is at the end of the day and inconvenient, and it was unintentional. I thought my task needed to be completed at Asante Urgent Care (open until 8 pm), not Asante Work Health. Maybe I wouldn't have had time to get what I needed done. But at least be open until your posted hours so I can have it noted that I made the attempt.
This is one of those places that doesn't care at all about their horrible reviews. And their attitude reflects this. I went to my appointment this morning and was 10 minutes early. Drove 40 minutes. Appt was at 7. I was there at 6:50 am. One person came late. They didn't even look my direction. Noone spoke to me. At 7:30 I finally asked if they were going to see me. They said "no your appointment was at 7. We dont even have a doctor here anyway." And they rudely just canceled my appointment. I am filing a formal complaint ag... read more
