I had a very concerning experience with Mark Lynch at Asante Occupational Health during a worker’s compensation evaluation. While the front desk and other staff were kind and professional, my interaction with Mark Lynch was not. I was in and out of my first visit within 45 minutes. I value this place for valuing patient's time. So much better than any other Urgent Care or Occupational Health provider is this town. Can not recommend highly enough.
The receptionist I spoke with was so down to earth and helpful!
Staff were all super friendly and efficient!
I arrived at this building at 4:52 to find the doors closed and the lights off. I understand this is at the end of the day and inconvenient, and it was unintentional. I thought my task needed to be completed at Asante Urgent Care (open until 8 pm), not Asante Work Health. Maybe I wouldn't have had time to get what I needed done. But at least be open until your posted hours so I can have it noted that I made the attempt.
