Loved the Air fusion followed by yoga Nidra. I’ve taken many aerial yoga classes, this one was exceptionally grounding. I loved that we did poses with the silk hip height with inversions and more active work in addition to poses with the silk low down as a more restorative practice. Felicia’s presence is comforting, outgoing and grounding. Looking forward to doing it again soon! Thanks Felicia for sharing your presence and beautiful space!
Felicia’s one of the most knowledgeable people i know in yoga⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She has completely transformed and improved my yoga practice and body in her teachings. Felicia is a wonderful teacher who creates a warm and welcoming environment in her classes. Her classes not only incorporate the physical parts of yoga but the mental and emotional as well. Its hard to find a teacher as knowledgeable and experienced as Felicia. If you want to learn ALL aspects of yoga this is the place to go!
