Last June (2024) we hired S&A upholster after a family member had a positive experience. A deal was made via text to upholster a large sofa, 2 recliners, and 2 chairs for $3,300. We paid a 50% downpayment via credit card and within a week or two received the first large sofa. There was a modest delay in providing the material for the rest of the job, but this was provided early last fall. Paid $800 for a vinyl wrap job on the dashboards of my boat. When we picked the boat up, they were spray painted. Alexis (owner) told us to wait until after season and then he would finish the job. When that time came he said he doesn't do that anymore and refuses to refund. Alexis will not respond to my messages to try to settle this. I'll remove this review when I get my refund. If this is still up, then they are still a shady business!!!

Had them do a boat interior for us…..quality of work on the actual interior was ok, problem is all the damage to the paint, floor, etc (see pics) we noticed after it was picked up and uncovered back at our storage facility. The flooring was brand new and has gouges all over, dried up glue everywhere and is filthy (even though we paid them extra to do a full detail)Paint and gel coat have scratches everywhere, rubber door seal has already came off, they threw stuff under our seats and broke speaker wire.
