Very bad customer service. Agreed on a round trip to and from doctor appointment. Agreed on the 300 dollar wheelchair fee when we told them it was a stretcher that could turn into a wheelchair. They said it was fine. I get picked up and go to my appointment no issue. After my appointment we are told if don’t pay them the 450 fee instead for a stretcher they won’t take me home.
