7 years ago, my wife purchased a Magnum 5 e-bike from you. We have had no trouble with the bike until this Spring. The bike would stop and the motor would go dead after 10 to 12 miles of biking. And the controller read the battery as being fully charged. We decided to bring the bike into your store You research it and determined the problem was the battery. You were correct. Tyke at A&S is the way America used to be. I bought 2 e-bikes from him and one of the bike chargers was defective. He switched it out immediately. Very satisfied with my purchase and his after the sell service. Glad I supported a great local business. An ambassador for A&S.
