Beat up Vehicles and Expired Licenses per PUC – It is obvious the owner, Maurice Maalouli, is the author of the "excellent" reviews below. This company does not keep the licenses current with the state so are you/they insured?!? The 'luxury' vehicle that he will provide for local airport transport he runs out of a apartment complex on Harbor Blvd. Cross check the address above. Couldn't believe... – i rented from this limo service a limo for my school's winter formal dance, the quote and final price was very cheap and i definately thought there would be a catch or some sort of scam, but on the night of the dance, the limo arrived about 15 minutes earlier then requested. the limo itself looked so amazing and professional i thought it wasnt our limo. all my friends and family were so amazed and very proud of me for choosing Access Limousines and their great service. they made me very happy and proud!
