I would rate them a "0" if I could! They appeared to be a most accommodating, eager-to-please company, until they got my order and my money. They asked me to write a review, so I wrote them a glowing review. After that I couldn't get anyone to respond to my phone calls or e-mails. (I have since taken my review down) DO NOT go with this company. If something should happen and you need to cancel you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!! Avoid this company at all costs! They don't deliver as promised and when they do, they overbill and over charge. They left me scrambling looking for an alternative less than 24 hours before I needed a large dumpster delivered. Check out the 50+ negative reviews on the BBB website and find anyone else but them. Staff is unfriendly and uncaring.

Do not use these guys.. I rented a portable toilet for a reunion. We called and had it picked up early. This was in July. It is now mid November and they say I owe them almost 2 thousand dollars because we didn’t call to have the unit picked up. The person on the phone was rude when I called and asked them about it. She said she had to get word back from dispatch and would call me back. Still no call back and yet another bill. Stay away!

Hired them to remove junk from our home remodel, and some other junk we collected from 20 years of living in same house. They were great! Came on time, did great work, fast, and price was lower than the other companies I got estimates from. I'd recommend and would have no hesitation in referring them to others.

Rented a 30 yard dumpster. So glad i did because all of my trash would not have fit in the smaller one. It was well worth the little bit extra to do so. I will definitely use this company again, simply because everone was very well mannered and gave alot of attention to my needs.. I was very pleased. Thank you very much for the flat rates and easy service.

A neighbor recommended Arwood Waste to us, in advance of removing some brush and an old fence. They were superb to work with: communicated well, brought and removed the dumpster when promised, and charged what seemed a fair price. The employees I interacted with were pleasant, and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. #GottaLoveArwoodWaste
