Took away the ATM for no discernable reason. I know that another branch opened nearby, but why make it more difficult to get our money out? This, along with the recent account changes to charge more fees is very disappointing.

Worst bank I've ever used. I work in the construction business so when jobs run late or things happen checks can be delayed. These A HOLES at Arvest charged me $204 on insufficient funds right after a check cleared for a finished project and when i called them about it they basically told me to F off and i couldn't get dime off my money back. Chase Bank just opened in Bentonville so I am closing my Arvest business account and moving to chase. Thought banking local would be a much better experience but boy was i wrong! ACCOUN... read more
