Stay absolutely away from this bank! They will give you cheap rates in the beginning, cheap escrow, and then raise it multiple times throughout the year- Refinanced in October, our escrow has gone up three times over the last six months- Payments increased almost $600 per property we own. I would never recommend this mortgage division or bank to anyone! Run fast!!
Might be an ok bank but in 2025 they have a webpage that belongs in the dialup days. Every month I spend half an hour signing into my account so I can pay my mortgage. After countless tries, the same password and username work. The sign on page directs to a page that says it has expired. The only solution is to keep retrying... I could set up auto payment but their tech skills scare me way too much to trust them with that. Very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this lender.
Our experiences with Arvest Mortgage have been beyond terrible for the last 4.5 years. All of the way to getting the mortgage with Phillip. He literally forgot our loan 3 times. Twice I was at the title company ready to sign to find out that he had forgotten the loan. This is well documented as it happened nearly 5 years ago. Forward to now we are trying to get a loan but our credit show tons of late payments. I am on autopay. How are we on auto pay but still having late payments? She and her team answered all of our questions, they communicated quickly anything we needed to sign, and had the upmost professional yet friendly personalities.
