Might be an ok bank but in 2025 they have a webpage that belongs in the dialup days. Every month I spend half an hour signing into my account so I can pay my mortgage. After countless tries, the same password and username work. The sign on page directs to a page that says it has expired. The only solution is to keep retrying... I could set up auto payment but their tech skills scare me way too much to trust them with that. Very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this lender.

Our experiences with Arvest Mortgage have been beyond terrible for the last 4.5 years. All of the way to getting the mortgage with Phillip. He literally forgot our loan 3 times. Twice I was at the title company ready to sign to find out that he had forgotten the loan. This is well documented as it happened nearly 5 years ago. Forward to now we are trying to get a loan but our credit show tons of late payments. I am on autopay. How are we on auto pay but still having late payments? Joy Merrill-Schleicher was amazing to work with. She and her team answered all of our questions, they communicated quickly anything we needed to sign, and had the upmost professional yet friendly personalities. We highly recommend Arvest Bank for all your mortgage needs. If we ever buy again we will be using them.

It was honestly a fantastic experience and my loan officer helped me throughout the entire process, being a first time buyer at the young age of 22, there was alot to learn and Jason Markowski helped me every step of the way, he got a lower interest rate then expected, suggested I ask for buyers credit to help with closing cost, and was just an awesome dude to work with.
