This review is written to highlight the unmatched superb expertise and incredible customer service of the Arvest Bank Branch at 6225 Lucille Lane in Shawnee, Kansas. The Branch Manager Myra Sello is exceptional with taking care of the customers, and the front teller staff including Orlando are incredible!!! Over all an outstanding financial institution and bank that will meet all your banking needs!!!
I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews here; they don't seem to match the high level of service I consistently receive. In my experience, the staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They handle my requests quickly and with a great attitude. It’s easily the best bank I’ve used.
First off, arvest bank is a terrible organization overall in my experience. That being said, yeah, I needed something notorized all of the banks.I have accounts through have lines , ten to fifteen people deep and won't answer their phone.So I can verify there's notary on staff. Regardless, this bank has 3 people sitting around doing absolutely nothing. And when I give them the opportunity to make a little money and give them something to do, they tell me, they don't provide notarization services for people that don't have ac... read more
