This bank branch is horrible and needs shut down, there management or lack there of has no sence of community awareness.
When you call to get things resolved and speak with the Branch Manager and they tell you "I can't help you, it's your problem"... that is the lack of professionalism you can expect from this location. I am stunned at the fact, that woman has a job. Giving 1 star because I had to.
If you want to cash a check be prepared to pay $5 for them turning a check into cash.
If you’re looking for a new bank DO NOT bank with Arvest or this location! I was on a cruise, the cruise line double charged me because there was a pricing difference. They realized the error and sent notice to Arvest to release my funds back to my account. They left me to travel without any money in my account and thankfully I was traveling with my boyfriend otherwise I’d have been stranded.
