A very pleasant experience every time I deal with this Bank. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Interest rates are good. They take the time to answer all my questions.
Excellent customer service every time I've come into this location. Today I was greeted at the door by a young lady with cite colorful framed glasses that went above and beyond to assist me with a already complicated situation. I truly appreciated her patience, kindness,willingness in providing good customer service.

Please fix your sprinkler system. It's spraying all over the sidewalk each morning, causing me to walk in the grass. Ty.
Drive up Live Teller can do just about anything, but when I prefer or need to go inside the people there are awesome! I highly recommend, I've been with them since before they were Arvest and I don't know how but they just get better every time. Never have had a poor experience.
