Why be open on Saturday if there is going to be 50+ people in line? Over an hour wait easily to cash a check.. if they're online services weren't a joke I wouldn't even have to do this but it takes weeks for them to clear checks so here we are.
As we can all see from the reviews that banking with the institution itself is a mess. Funds added to or removed from account with the explanation “oops it was a mistake” and usually followed by blaming another department with a shrug and “I wish I could do something, but it’s _________ fault.” Five star review? This review isn’t about this branch but for the company. The people at the branch were very understanding of my frustration. We have banked at Arvest for over 20 years! We have multiple business accounts with them as well as a mortgage and a business loan. We went in there to get my 11 year-old daughter a bank account and the free bank accounts are no longer free! They want to charge us five dollars a month! How do they expect the people that rely on every penny to now pay $5 a month to have a checking account? Over a year t... read more
