Bank personel have always been friendly and professional, but only having one ATM has been extremely inconvenient. Many times when we needed cash before leaving on a trip the ATM would be out of service.
Wanted to speak to someone at the PRYOR branch to open an account. I needed specifics at THAT location...no one who answered was AT that branch...which tells me If I have a problem I will not be able to speak to someone locally...looking elsewhere

UPDATE: Come to find out, Arvest has NO ONE that you can talk with except your "branch" if you have a CORPORATE problem. What kind of bank doesn't have a corporate office? We're leaving them ASAP. We have been Arvest customers for many years. I have my ups and downs with them but basically was too lazy to move our money somewhere else.
