I open an account with this branch they closed my account since june they told me they would send my check in the mail but my check never arrive. Bad customer service and never callback ..in regard the update on my check. My sister bank with this branch with did provided same address and pobox we dont get mail on physical address we only get pobox mail ..still no check no updated i have to call again gain nothing been resolved.
