I'm not walking 15 miles to close a service charge on a free account. It's free so why exactly do I have to pay a service charge on a free account. Horrible banking service
Horrible banking service. They changed my free account which was the agreement to a not free account. I can't access the account to close. So they just take 5 dollars a month from an account that I thought was free I can't access. Do not mess with bank. They are saying I tried to take out loans when I did not. To get more money out of me.

I personally do not bank at Arvest, I do make deposits at the Waldron branch , A mistake was made on a deposit I made and I want to say thank you for yalls prompt attention regarding this matter and correcting this error! Teller was very friendly and within 10 minutes found the error Thank you very much
