Arvest is the worst bank in NWA now. They used to have excellent customer service and accessible products, but now they don’t even have free checking anymore (unless you meet unreasonable requirements). Customer loyalty means nothing to them. Customers are just a dollar sign to them as associates are constantly expected to meet sales goals and pressure customers to sign up for additional products they do not need. I had a great experience with Aden at Arvest bentonville square location. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much less stressful than I expected. Aden took the time to walk me through what was happening, made sure the dispute was handled properly, and kept a really positive and professional attitude the whole time. They don't have a general HQ place to leave a review so unfortunately this branch gets the review. I asked for a replacement card at the end of January. It was during the snowstorm so I figured it would be a little delayed. (Although I had other mail in arkansas and across the country mailed during this time) I waited two weeks and when the card didn't arrive, I called and they ordered a replacement (the representative wasnt sure if they mailed it to the right address I confirmed multiple times in January).
