I had a great experience with Aden at Arvest bentonville square location. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much less stressful than I expected. They don't have a general HQ place to leave a review so unfortunately this branch gets the review. I asked for a replacement card at the end of January. It was during the snowstorm so I figured it would be a little delayed. (Although I had other mail in arkansas and across the country mailed during this time) I waited two weeks and when the card didn't arrive, I called and they ordered a replacement (the representative wasnt sure if they mailed it to the right address I confirmed multiple times in January). I am going to give the review to this location, but really this review is for Arvest as a whole. My debit card was recently compromised and Arvest froze all transactions. They proceeded to call me and verify transactions. Sure enough, I was about to be a victim of fraud, and they saved me from it. They canceled my card and recommended I get a new one. I am super grateful for their diligence. Thank you!
