Went in to be making an account Mr. Zachary took care of me and had the best customer service ever had this man is an incredible man. We shared some laughs together and experience was awesome.

I am going to give the review to this location, but really this review is for Arvest as a whole. My debit card was recently compromised and Arvest froze all transactions. They proceeded to call me and verify transactions. Sure enough, I was about to be a victim of fraud, and they saved me from it. They canceled my card and recommended I get a new one. I am super grateful for their diligence. Thank you!
this bank is horrible. i deposited 25k check into my business account to find that they never deposited the check and lost my check!!!! causing financial problems with my business!!! asked for corporate to reach out to me to ask how they can resolve the issue with my business taking a dive. NOT ONE PHONE CALL! SO NOW GETTING MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED. IF THEY HAD JUST CALLED AS I ASKED. WOULNDT HAD TO GET MY BUSINESS ATTORNEY ON THIS. they use to be an amazing bank. now..... I WILL NOT SEND ANYONE HERE!!!!!
Racheal and her team at WM store 100 is amazing!! She is so knowledgeable about different accounts above and beyond just checking. I needed a LRT account and she know just what to do. So grateful for all Racheal's hard work!!
