Impatient Bank Tellers, unjustifiable bank fees of all sorts, and crappy APR’s on their CD’s and Money Market products. Arvest gives you all the disadvantages of a large bank and NONE of the perks from going with a local bank. Don’t be fooled by their fake marketing.
Wow, called to try to speak to a real human and ask a very simple question but had to wait 10 minutes on their ridiculous AI voice menu before.. you guessed it - I spoke to someone in India. When I asked if this was the local branch and speaking to a real person, the Arvest employee snapped back at me with a condescending remark. Keep in mind I'm a new customer. The billionaire Waltons (Wal-Mart heirs) and gives you a sneak peek into how unprofessional they are. So what do I have to do to get an answer for a simple question?
Rachel Rand helped us refinance our car loan. She was very organized and helpful with the information we needed to make a good decision. We didn't feel pressured at all. I love the convenient location inside the Walmart.
