This place seriously needs to establish better communication and training. My account was closed 2/28 and my tax refund was deposited 03/03. Every time I called I was assured the funds have been returned to the IRS. After 10 months a trace and referral , I called Arvest again 12/22 my tax refund was used to charge off my account and the rest was held for “bad address” was told I could sign and pick it up or have it mailed. It is beyond frustrating that as a bank, you refuse to raise the daily maximum for mobile deposits for business owners.
Horrible service had to wait in line over an hour up next to the windows they helped all the other cars before helping us!! I do not recommend banking with them would give them 0 stars if I could
Yesterday there were lots of customers at 4:00 pm and only two ladies trying to handle all the customers inside and the drive through. They were doing the best they could! This is not the first time the wait was long and it appears to me that Arvest needs to hire more help! Some customers were leaving and some were honking, not a good look for Arvest.
