Yesterday there were lots of customers at 4:00 pm and only two ladies trying to handle all the customers inside and the drive through. They were doing the best they could! This is not the first time the wait was long and it appears to me that Arvest needs to hire more help! Some customers were leaving and some were honking, not a good look for Arvest.
I would like to take a moment to HIGHLY commend the North Duncan branch and especially Matt and Rosa for their quick and reassuring help in an identity theft and fraudulent account activity situation yesterday. My daughters account had been compromised and they quickly helped us understand things to listen for in a fraudulent conversation or activity, and began the resolution process immediately.
