Pleasant place to bank .
I am rating this very low because I am pretty disappointed in Arvest. We were effected by the government shutdown and my husband was laid off. I called the bank to see if we could skip our loan payment this month ( I have never missed a payment before) due to our situation which I explained and they didn't let me skip and told me they would let me know either way but I never received an update.
