They discriminate and have poor customer service.
Poor customer service. Management gotta teach their employees how to talk to customers politely. The lady who was helping us was so hostile and judged us really badly.
Was not told apon opening of new account they will totally hold a check 10 days was given the impression that when it clears it will go into the account. That is not true they hold it 10 full days Federal trades getting a complaint about that.
The Arvest ATM took my ATM and Debit card. The touch screen malfunctioned and wouldn’t enter my touches, so when I tried to hit withdrawal it wouldn’t record withdrawal, and then when it asked “if you need more time?” It wouldn’t record the touch as well. The ATM then kept my card! There is no reason to keep my card! I already correctly put in the PIN number, so it should be set that it’s me, there’s no security issues.
