I wish you had been more understanding of why I didn’t take your phone calls about my first late payment with you in over 25 years because I was in ICU after open heart surgery. It’s not always necessary to go by rules. Just really disappointed but all the other years I had great service. Hope this isn’t signs of the future with you. Jim
