Usually when I go to this bank I'm met with friendly faces and whatever I'm there for is resolved. Today however I had to speak to Rachel and it was a different experience. Instead of taking me into her office like a professional, she discussed my personal details of my account in the lobby and insisted that I was wrong about details of my account that i have had for years.
