Went to Arvest in Cabot today to cash some last minute checks before Christmas to buy presents, we arrived 2 minutes after closing time but there were still a few cars in the line so we waited, hoping that we would still be able to cash our checks, counting on excellent customer service to outweigh the fact that we were 2 minutes late. However, when we made it to the window, the male teller, I believe his name is Troy/Trey was very rude and informed us that you were closed and he would not be able to cash our checks.
