Whenever I have an issue with a check, Missy from the Lebanon branch is always there to lend a helping hand. I've been with Arvest now for years. And Missy is a big part of why our family continues to bank there. She is the best!!
They are a great bank love the people there ♥️
Lebanon Bank is by far the worst out of all of the Arvest Banks I have dealt with. They're customer service sucks, their customer response time sucks and they never want to answer their phones, because God forbid that actually help someone.
Ordered a Cashier Check today, both of them at the front are so down to earth. I love they have popcorn and water. Very welcoming experience!
I am always impressed by the employees at this bank. ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The Bank has awesome policies and practices, great rates, and is fair and helpful - even to a small account like me! :-)
