The best bank I have had ever!! No hidden fees, transparency, knowledgeable staff! Evertime I go in, there is virtually no wait and everyone is so helpful and friendly! Always on a different level of customer service they go above and beyond I give 5/5 cause I can't give a 10/10. P.S. Brandon is awesome he is always there when I come through that guy deserves a raise. He is always extremely nice and takes care of me in a timely fashion. Seriously if you ever go through arvest bank at nw expressway and council in Walmart ask to talk to Brandon. He helped me build my credit from nothing. I have been with quite a few banks and this one is the best out of all of them.
These 5 stars is for the 7800 NW Expressway location Somehow my review got credited to the Belle Isle location But that's ok Brandon Haddox earned these stars for being great in customer service. Thank you Brandon!
I've banked with Arvest for 19 years, and they no longer care about their customers like they used to. Horrible customer service. Will be looking to change banks!
The most horrible experience ever, they keep changing their policy. When I spoke to them over the phone customer service is rude, they will hang up on you and they do not return calls. My fiance was charged overdraft fees when he clearly had funds in the account to cover the balance and was then told that he did not and they wouldn't refund the said fees. Also refused corporate number and told me to google it. We are leaving Arvest and DO NOT recommend this bank to anyone. BEWARE!
