Today makes the 4th time my card has been stolen. The lady told me they are pending charges and I have to call back on the 10th to dispute the charges not their responsibility to call me back. My husband, mom and step-daughter have all had our cards stolen the only smart one is my other daughter who put her money in another bank told me nope Arvest doesn’t take care of their customers and your card gets stolen too often. I like Arvest. Only issue I have is that I have dispute open with them and there customer service reps act like they don’t know what to do. The last representative said that is hadn’t been 10 days and the rep before that said the case had been open. She proceed to get an attitude with me and told me the dispute team would tell me the same thing. I was very upset so I just hung up. I want the issue resolved but no one seems to have their story straight
