I pulled into business lane, waited 2 minutes no one popped up on the screen. I pushed the call butting waited another 2 minutes, no one came. Pulled around walked inside there is only one other customer in the front lobby and no one being assisted in cubicles. Do they just not pay attention to the drive through and ignore call buttons? 🤔 Great customer service front when I walked in though so Yah for that!
This is supposed to be the best bank in the area? Absolutely HORRIBLE. I would not recommend to anyone.
This bank is absolutely useless because their cards are so cheaply made that no where can read them. I have gone in for 3 cards to be reprinted because you can’t use them at any chip reader anywhere. Even after having them reprinted they still wont work. What is the point of using this bank if I can’t get gas or groceries using a chip reader.
I hate that you have to go to an office to make a simple cash deposit... that's what the Teller line is for, they still had to go to the Teller line to do the deposit anyway
Ridiculous bank and location. Showed up to get a card printed about a month ago and got told they can’t print cards here and to call online.. I called online and long to short they said I needed to go to a branch instead and that they should have printed my card here at this location instead? I requested to speak to a manager ASAP to ask why I’m being treated like a clown and they said they can go ahead with printing online but that printing was available here?
