Ridiculous bank and location. Showed up to get a card printed about a month ago and got told they can’t print cards here and to call online.. I called online and long to short they said I needed to go to a branch instead and that they should have printed my card here at this location instead? I requested to speak to a manager ASAP to ask why I’m being treated like a clown and they said they can go ahead with printing online but that printing was available here? I’ve always had great customer service at this location. Just opened a new business checking account! Great customer service received from Ethan Hamilton- they’re all very knowledgeable.
