Had to leave business account and personal accounts as Arvest has lost all interest in listening to needs of the customers in interest of offering “wealth management with that kind of a balance.” Two consecutive known issues cause multiple returns to branches: 1- PIN number sometimes works but the phone system says it didn’t, so you have an active card that you think is defunct 2- login with the app won’t work, so go to the browser when the setup fails. Neither were able to be resolved with one visit to the bank 🤦
I pulled into business lane, waited 2 minutes no one popped up on the screen. I pushed the call butting waited another 2 minutes, no one came. Pulled around walked inside there is only one other customer in the front lobby and no one being assisted in cubicles. Do they just not pay attention to the drive through and ignore call buttons? 🤔 Great customer service front when I walked in though so Yah for that!
This is supposed to be the best bank in the area? Absolutely HORRIBLE. I would not recommend to anyone.
This bank is absolutely useless because their cards are so cheaply made that no where can read them. I have gone in for 3 cards to be reprinted because you can’t use them at any chip reader anywhere. Even after having them reprinted they still wont work. What is the point of using this bank if I can’t get gas or groceries using a chip reader.
I hate that you have to go to an office to make a simple cash deposit... that's what the Teller line is for, they still had to go to the Teller line to do the deposit anyway
