Staff is very polite. Someone always greets me when I enter even if no one is at the front counter. Staff takes care of my transactions in a timely, professional and pleasant manner every single time!
Correction... Don't go into any BANK in general if you're on a time crunch. It's common sense. :)

At Arvest the tellers will always remember my husband name, but for some reason can't seem to remember mine. Could be they rarely have the same teller twice.
