I went into see Robert Munoz, commercial loan officer at Arvest mid-Aprill of 2024 with excellent credit and a history of paying 100 thousand dollars plus loans on semi trucks for my trucking llc. It took untill mid-May to approve my loan. Purchaced a Kenworth truck immediately...it is now June 23rd and I am still waiting on the title back from Arvest Bank. Without a title etc. That truck cannot work...and neither can I.
Today 21 August 2023, I was highly disappointed with the customer service I received. I arrived at the drive through at 10:22am, the gentleman said Sir how can I help you. I told him I would like to make a deposit after he received my money. I literally waited about six minutes, so then I rang the call button. This is the worst branch I’ve never seen before. I came to the bank with a check has $1600 I was trying to open an account and deposit the check in it, but unfortunately those ppl refused to do it in this way. They asked $50 to open an account and deposit the check in it. I don’t know those ppl how they work? either they don’t understand their job or they are stupids.
the customer service from victor is outstanding, never left unhappy or unsatisfied. He is soo sweet definitely one of the best there. jorge is also wonderful.
