Always excellent professional service
Arvest recently started charging $15 a month fees on their checking accounts. I guess they sent out mailers, but I missed them. I asked them to reverse this charge and they declined. This is even though I have a mortgage with them and am a former employee. It’s incredibly sad to me that the Waltons (one of the nation’s richest families) are so desperate for money from regular people. I’ll be unwinding my relationship with Arvest soon; I would advise people to start using free alternatives like SoFi or Capital One.
I hate harvest bank. they put holds on my deposits for no reason. they don't tell me and then charge me $100's in overdraft fees 3 days later. as soon as I have the time I am switching banks
Good staff. Been with arvest since forever, but now they're doing the 'poor charge', if you don't have 40k in your account they're gonna take 15$ a month. Ok bye lol
Don't normally use this branch location but my Dad was hospitalized and they were very helpful. Especially for an out of town bank.
