This branch drive through is so slow. The past 2 times I have gone, I have sat in line over 15 minutes. The 8 cars in line didn't move for 15 minutes.
They can’t run a bank like a Walmart store !!! Better get some staff in there or I’ll be moving my business - ridiculous One person at the drive up and one for customers inside - won’t work Mr Walton !!!
I am not a customer at the present time but wanted to let you know i had one of the best conversations with Chester, who is a 'floater' with your bank in the Tulsa/BA area. He was so personable, friendly, nice sense of humor and very much a 'gentleman' as we discussed and solved some of life's issues in Lowe's. Most of the time I wait 10+ minutes in the drive through. The location is very understaffed
This isn’t directed for this location per say. But the customer service at Arvest bank is awful. I will be closing all my accounts with them. On an actual banking issue, they won’t fix overdraft fees. I’ve called, was told there is nothing they can do and then even went to their page and wrote a message. They “privately responded”. Quickly apologized and told me they’d get it resolved...only to find out they again, just called me to tell me there’s nothing they can do! So much for being a loyal customer to them for MANY year... read more
I only gave it 4 stars because I started banking with arvest because of their hours. Now the are as much a burden as all the others. I am at work when they open and still at work after they close.
