Branch Manager Joshua was very disrespectful & unprofessional. I gave 1 star for the rest of the staff. No complaints with anything or anyone else. Hoping he just had a bad day, but asking for someone's social security number after two forms of identification was already provided & two forms is what was asked for, is completely uncalled for. Not so much the question itself, but cutting off the teller/his employee/co-worker as she was counting the money to give to my husband.
Today I went in there to cash a check from a guy i worked for the same day...something i do almost every day at every different bank you can imagine... i have never been more disrespected as a customer in my life by not just anyone it was the BRANCH MANAGER "JOSHUA" he made it his personal duty to try to be verbally aggressive and this is just one instance of MANY IN THE SAME DAY.... he asks me for two forms of id wich i bring because they tried to call the guy that wrote the check and he wouldn't answer so I had to go get t... read more
Horrible tellers with no knowledge, I asked if a check would clear or not and they would not tell me, horrible experience.
