I don't recommend Arvest bank at all. Bank of America is just as bad.
My mother, who is in her 70's and has been with Arvest for over 10 years, recently had her numbers stolen. She did what was required to start an investigation, and when they finally got back to her, they told her they weren't investigating further because she had possession of the physical card. Sorry, what? Do you people not understand how cyber crime works? Now she is out over $4,000 and their response was basically "Oh, well, not our problem" I have advised her to pull her money out and go with a more reputable bank, and ... read more
