That bank in Dewey has some of the most rudest people that I've ever encountered working there. Also I should put out there do not use Arvest ATMs they will take your money. And when you ask for assistance the bank will be sure to let you know that is not there problem.This is the 3rd time an arvest ATM has taken my money or card. At 3 different locations. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Don't let them mess up, it can take forever for them to fix!
I have been with Arvest Biz acct since 2011, I'm in the trucking industry, I brought in a Comdata check while passing thru to Tulsa after taking a load to Kansas line, I got a call today that my check is fraudulent, have to wait 10 days, what's fraudulent about a Comdata check, I've been depositing these for over 10 yrs, and EFS checks, and T-check, etc, someone up here doesn't know WHAT they are doing, YOU HAVE TO CALL THE # ON THE CHECK TO AUTHORIZE IT, YOU FOOLS! Great service and very friendly
Took my sons check to deposit it. I'm on his and my dads account. The teller never bother to read the name on the check and deposited it into the wrong account! The manger on duty was not friendly!! Very disappointed they did not take the time to read the name the check was made out to.
