I come to this bank every week and every time I’m in the drive through I’m waiting up to 20 minutes even if they aren’t busy. This is an every time thing so I know other people aren’t so happy either.
I don't understand why humans can't answer phones anymore. There's not even a mother loving option to even speak to a human.
This is the absolute worst bank I have EVER banked with. Jackie is the rudest, snobbiest customer service representative I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Customer service at this bank as a whole is ridiculous!!! Not to mention, they closed my account 2 days before my income tax check was supposed to be deposited due to a SERVICE CHARGE and sent my return back after we spoke with someone one day before it was supposed to hit and they told us we could pick up a check and it wouldn't be returned. Drive-thru wait is ridiculous! Only one person working drive-thru and walk-ins. Didn't acknowledge us or nothing
Always greeted by a smile, always very helpful and informative! And love getting a bag of popcorn on my way out!!
