The absolute worst place for anyone to bank!!! I can understand a $5 fee but to flat out refuse to cash a check that was written on one of their own checks is absolutely ridiculous!!! My wife, 3 very young children, and myself stopped in a little after 5pm so the lobby was closed & I don't have an account and was running out of gas and the only funds I had was in that check and I live 2 hours away and they absolutely refused to cash their own check and then threatened to call the police on me I'd I didn't vacate the property... read more
Not a customer, but I just finished mowing my lawn and found a $20 bill that I chopped in half and lost a piece of the face. Both sides still matching numbers. I googled and read I could try my local bank nearby to see if they would honor an exchange for it as a soiled $20 bill. The nice lady at the front desk reviewed the bill for authenticity and then exchanged it for me. Giving me a fresh breath of air to enjoy a lunch this afternoon. That little act of kindness will have me return and consider Arvest for my local banking... read more

I come to this bank every week and every time I’m in the drive through I’m waiting up to 20 minutes even if they aren’t busy. This is an every time thing so I know other people aren’t so happy either.
I don't understand why humans can't answer phones anymore. There's not even a mother loving option to even speak to a human.
