I go here all of the time. I have no idea what people are talking about when they say the staff are rude. They are always so polite and they know me by my name.
Mrs. Karla is a wonderful Manager worked patiently to help myself fix my funds deposited and to verify with job and banks also Ms. Evett with my online acct. You gals are splendid I’m very pleased with my new acct also with your bank. Thank you
They are really rude especially Louann and Mickeal they treated me soo unprofessional I come here all the time and now I’m even thinking about switching banks !!! Thanks to them :(
I love Arvest, and the staff have always been kind and respectful. However, the ATM at this location uses a very odd, arcane input system that makes one guess at the action they are telling the system to take. Frustrating... Otherwise, great!
