I have known Glenda Weeks for over a year now and she does a great job of managing the Sam Walton location. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.

I've been banking here for years (always used 164th & penn) but the people on edmond rd location are RUDE!
I never thought I'd love a bank so much! My mother has IBC and she's had more trouble with that bank than I can say. But Arvest is the complete opposite! They have late hours for convenience, I can deposit checks in the ATM and they have amazing customer service! My debit card information was stolen once and used in the middle of the night. I got a call from Arvest at 7am and they had already put a hold on the transaction. They canceled the card and sent me a new one before any money was lost! This bank is the slowest bank ive ever delt with! I dont like them! Everytime i try to get something done they always take sweet a** time with it all! I was on the phone for a long time to even get to talk to someone and always wait in line at the bank for an hour!!! I once went to check on my savings and they told me they didnt have a record of me having 9,000$!!! Ya so i strongly suggest not to use Arvest
The staff at the Arvest bank on Oak Street in Conway is hands down the best at fast, friendly, and customer first banking I've ever seen. Always feel welcome and confident that my banking needs are fully met upon each visit at this location!! Every customer I know would and has agreed with my same experience!!!
