I applied for this place a couple years ago. When I sat down with the recruiter she told me the starting pay and it was about 3 or 4 dollars less an hour than what it was advertised as. I pointed it out but she acted like it was a mistake that it was advertised like that. After that I knew I wasn't gonna take the job. Then I sat down with two guys who couldn't answer any of my questions and were very sketchy when I asked about their turnover rate. I work for this company, and it’s no longer Arvato, it is Majorel. I love my job, I love the people I work for and I have referred 2 people whom also got hired. Management is great! They make sure you have all the training you need to do your job and the new hiring recruiter is awesome! And I have made great friends here. I would recommend this job without thinking twice.
