I’m new to the sport and feel I have received excellent tailored service. They take the time to understand your goals and needs. After a discussion with Steve, he suggested the exact bike I had been eyeing before heading over. Zach was meticulous in setting me up. Made my first trip into Arvada Tri this past week. Was extremely pleased with the level of care and expertise provided. Zach was kind of enough to email back and forth with me prior to stopping by as I love a few hours away, and had everything I was looking for, along with a few alternative options varying by brand and price so he could make sure I walked out with everything I wanted/needed.
