This is most definately the best eyewear store I have ever been to. They have a great selection, they have frames from any price range. The gentlemen Dave showed me frames that were inexpensive and then showed me frames that were more expensive (jewelry type quality). I ended up buying the more expensive frames because I liked the crafsmanship and quality in materials. I could tell the difference rite when I put them on. Excellent Customer Service – With customer service at an all-time low nowadays, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted here with the utmost courtesy and respect; I'd say I received first class customer service. The care and knowledge they provided me in selecting my frames was impressive. Great Quality glasses and service – This optical store is a great place to buy glasses from. I purchases my glasses there and I have better vision than I have had out of any glasses that I have worn. I have been wearing glasses for over 35 years. They have a great range of pricing. The frames I purchased are great. I get a lot of compliments on them and they are very good quality. VERY BAD – Arvada optical sold me a very expensive pair of glasses which are useless. I am not able to use them and when I called for help I was told by the office assistant that old age was the cause for the blured vision I was experiencing. When I became upset with this and asked for a refund, I was offered an inexpensive pair of reading glasses instead of a refund. I was not told that the lens I ordered was non-refundable when I purchased. I was then told not to call or return to the store. The perscription isn't right, a... read more
