James and his team could not have been better to work with. They were patient with all my noob questions and took the time to explain everything carefully with my purchase. I was purchasing an e-bike to be able to ride with my 12 year old son that got an e-bike for his birthday earlier in the summer. Big thanks to Elevated E-Bikes and especially James for helping me spend more time outside and make memories with my son!
