I called James to discuss a top of the line Obrea Rise eMTB. We talked for about 30min about the bike, my riding style and if the model I was interested in was a good fit. He was extremely knowledgeable about MTBing and the market of e-bikes. When I came to the showroom he spent over an hour talking with me and letting me test ride a model on the floor.
