Service was incredible, Richard helped me out. He knew everything there is to know about bikes and will match you up with the prefect bike! I also very much enjoyed the Game of Thrones conversation we had, 150% go here for your biking needs
I hadn't ridden my old Trek mountain bike in over ten years. I took my bike in and was told I needed new shifters and brakes. I was quoted a price that I found reasonable for the parts and labor. After I picked up my bike and got it home I realized they hadn't just put the new parts on, they also had cleaned and lubricated the derailleurs and chain, adjusted the brakes so they don't squeak, and pumped up the tires! These guys took good care of me.
The kind of quality you would expect from a local place! Chris helped me and he remembered the bike I was interested in so the next day when I walked in he grabbed it in a second for me to look at it again. They were super reasonable and I will probably go back to buy my accessories there also! Cheers!

In a city (or state for that matter) full of bike shops, this one really stands out as truly excellent. First, Chris Goodwin and the rest of the staff know their stuff and are there to help, not up-sell.
