Arundel Lodge has not lived up to the expectations of a community resource. The organization is poorly managed, with little consistency or accountability. Communication is slow and unprofessional, and it reflects badly on the important work they are supposed to provide. For an agency with such a critical role, the lack of reliability is very concerning.

Absolutely horrible experience. Caused my husband to lose faith in therapy. The therapist was consistently half an hour late and still charged for the full session. He went to four sessions and maybe was in contact with the therapist for 2 hours total, if he was lucky. I left a message with the them last week when I called to pay the bill because he was unable to access the online portal and have yet to receive a phone call back. But they happily took my money.

This facility I don't know but I got the investigate more they don't return calls I don't know if it's a scam or what's going on here at this place it needs to be investigated
