Everyone at the Pasadena branch is always friendly and helpful! I was recently in to deal with a sensitive and complex situation; Maggie was incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating! The entire time I was in the bank every customer who came in was greeted by name, it was clear that they really care about their customers. This is a great bank!!
