Absolute shocking service , very rude man turned up to fit flooring couldn't be bothered with hes job from the minute he arrived was telling me he's manager was stupid and Glenn doesn't know what he's talking about. The man knew I was disabled and just left mess everywhere including left Over vinyl just left on floor. The vinyl that was fitted is already coming up covered in bubbles was not layer and glued properly. The other vinyl is cut to short and again is coming up . Arun Carpets are one of the best firms I've ever bought from! The prices are very competitive, the carpets are great quality, The staff could not be more helpful, We have just had 5 rooms with new carpets from them, I am really delighted with everything I have bought from them All round a first class service AAAAA

Absolutely lovely staff They couldn't of helped us out more with our move and getting what we needed in our home. Will be back soon x
After the carpet was fitted i noticed a long bump where carpet is raised all the way along one side of the room. When getting the carpet people round to take a look apparently they couldn’t fix it and the person they hired to do the job was the only person who can and I was told I would receive a call from them which I never did. Have to get out another carpet company now to fix the issue.
