Great and very friendly service!
I had a very positive experience with this accounting office. The team is extremely polite, responsive, and always willing to help. Mohan is very knowledgeable and provides clear, helpful advice. Cynthia and Claire are also excellent and very professional in their approach. The receptionists are awesome and very polite, friendly, and supportive. Overall, a very reliable and professional team that I would confidently recommend.
I used Arun accounting for 2 years for my tax returns, and despite being given all relevant information, they failed to report my health insurance correctly. Both years I received a $1500 bill from the tax office due to the incorrect input on my returns. I emailed Arun accounting and sent numerous follow up emails asking for an explanation, and I never got a response. Useless! Do not recommend this agency.
