I started two years ago with Arukah Functional Wellness because I knew something wasn’t right with my body and I needed to get to the root cause of the issue. I highly recommend Arukah! I had a very bad case of covid in 2021. My health just didnt seem to improve for a very long time. I started going to Arukah and had some tests done that showed areas in my body that were depleted. Tanya started me on supplements to help and also taught me how much good nutrition plays a part in our bodies healing.
