Absolutely no customer service skills. You don’t get to damn near run someone off the road and even be offered dash cam footage and blatantly deny any accountability because the driver is your granddaughter.
Cut my wife off in traffic while they were going SEVENTY. I called to make a complaint because a commercial driver myself we are held to higher standard than ANYONE on the roads. Of course as it always is, the driver was the granddaughter of the owner I was called a liar saying “I’ve road with my granddaughter she isn’t like that” to then REFUSE my dashcam footage. Lack of accountability and lack of situational awareness.
I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I showed up 20 minutes before closing, I had the design and file ready for abusiness cards order, but I was told it was “too much work” and to come back another day because she needed to pack up. Even if she didn’t took the order I at least wanted to know pricing or have some info. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad interaction either — the young lady with glasses consistently has an attitude and makes it feel like helping customers is a burden. I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS THAT THIS COMPANY DOES GREAT WORK AND HAVE A VERY PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT AND A VERY NICE LADY NAME NAMED (KRYSTAL) AND A VERY NICE MANAGER THAT I MEET ON YESTERDAY --- I REALLY RESPECT A COMPANY AND PEOPLE THATS INVOLVED WITH YOUR BUSINESS. YOU CAN NOT FIND TO MANY PLACES LIKE ARTWIN GRAPHICS , AND IF ANYONE NEEDS GRAPHICS AND PRINTING , THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY IN THIS WHOLE BIG CITY.
