Very friendly and helpful staff! Not just a pet store. They have a nice selection of fishing equipment and bait. Looks like they just started this section but they still have a good selection available.

I go in there often, the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I've even brought my dogs in there numerous times and it was never a problem. Anything pertaining to dogs & even my aquarium they were extremely helpful they even do cleanings for aquarium filters which I thought was pretty incredible. highly recommend!!

I visit this store at lease once a week and I have to say that I have always been greeted with a smile and a hello. The staff have always been helpful. I have gone up there a couple of times with questions about my bearded dragon that I got there and she is great, and the manager/owner has always been a wealth of knowledge about her, my fish, and cornsnake (also purchased there and is fine). I would not send my best friend here let alone my enemy. The staff is rude they all lie to cover each other when a customer comes in with a issue. There animals are all sick and untreated i have several pics of the suffering animals. They only care about money and not the welfare of the animal or the poor customer about to purchase the sick animal.

Arts Animals and supplies is a horrible place full of sick and suffering animals. There puppies are purchased off a online puppy action and more than none come in sick and go untreated. I myself have purchased a puppy from the and she turned out to be sick. The staff is rude and uncaring about animals and customers. They only care about money. I left this place due having to take home several sick animals over the 6 years i was there and even the new owner kept sticking me with cats and i treated and care for them all. i hav... read more

Nightmare The store sells and purchases sick animals that go untreated. The lizards have gone days without greens. I have pics of sick animals from this place. I also purchased a puppy from this place that is sick and severe health issues. The staff is rude and does not care about the welfare of these animals. they dogs are purchased online off a puppy action the highest bidder wins the puppy. This kind of thing should be shut down

HORRIBLE – A customer service nightmare. It has been months trying to get an issue resolved. The manager was unresponsive, lied, and strung us on. As a customer I've never experienced treatment this horrible. Take my advice and do not consider buying anything here.
